5. Intellectual Property

Monarch Growth LTD retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property.

Clients retain ownership of their own data and materials.

Deliverables are licensed for the client’s internal business use only.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Monarch Growth LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the relevant written agreement. Fees accrued prior to termination remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

Monarch Growth LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
